“Tea Annie” is a welcomed addition to the RANCHO shopping center. I first asked the owner Annie if I could taste the Matcha soft serve, and it was fantastic! Then she had the most wonderful, Dole whip soft serve - and I ordered a small and that was so delicious it tastes just like if I was at Disneyland Let’s talk about Annie, She is so kind, so welcoming and so sweet She was very friendly and was with a very smiley face and happy to meet me when I introduced myself to her She made a point to welcome every person that came in with a big huge noticeable Bright smile- I also had a Boba drink that was amazing And I will look forward to going back again The soft serve ice cream offerings will change every day, I believe. Hats off to Annie with a lot of girl power behind her big lovely smile!!!!![]()

So happy to have a boba and ice cream spot back at Rancho! 🙌 The coffee boba with 25% sweetness and organic milk is awesome. Great flavor and not overly sweet. And the Icecream is great. Definitely recommend checking it out!![]()

Great ratio of boba to tea. Good boba (chewy, soft, sweet, but warm). Kind staff, they were very helpful. Welcoming store. Great display of tea leaves inside. The drinks were made quickly. The tea was a little too sweet but tasted great.![]()

I'm local to Mountain View, so I 100% support small and local businesses that keep the Bay Area unique. Nothing against franchises, but I love that they have super good quality and unique options here at Tea Annie and that they are a local, small biz. The Tea Quality here is excellent and rivals Chicha San Chen. Not to overhype anything, but I'm a tea connoisseur having tried so many different types in Taiwan and China. My go-to is the White Grape Oolong, They have a lot of the tea leaves on display on the front. The kiosk ordering is also convenient. The staff really knows their stuff and there are some seats, so it's a nice ambience overall. It's a friendly neighborhood tea shop. It's one of the only tea shops in this area, so that is a plus for them. Parking is a breeze in the Safeway parking lot.![]()
